Lee Rigby's killer Michael Adebowale wins right to appeal his life sentence due to mental health problems

After brutally hacking 25 year old
British Solider Lee Rigby to death ,one
of his killers has been given the right to
appeal against his life sentence,in a bid
to win early release due to mental
health problems.
Michael Adebowale, 22, was given a 45-
year minimum term but It was
confirmed this morning that he will
now be allowed to appeal against his
punishment after he was transferred to
Broadmoor Hospital.He reportedly
claimed he was hearing voices and
suffering psychotic episodes...
His partner in crime,29 year old
Michael Adebolajo, was given a whole-
life sentence, meaning he will never be
released from prison.
After being told Adebowale was now in
a mental hospital,Lee Rigby's mother ,
told The Sun the protracted legal case
meant the 'heartache never stops' for
her and makes it 'impossible' to grieve.
Lee Rigby was walking to the barracks
on the 22nd of May 2013 when he was
attacked and hacked with meat cleavers
in the full glare of the public...
