5 PDP Governors Secretly Working For Buhari
state, James Bala Ngilari of Adamawa state,
Abubakar Danladi of Taraba, Martin Elechi of
Ebonyi state and Sullivan Chime of Enugu state
have been accused of secretly working for
Muhammadu Buhari, Presidential candidate of
the All Progressives Congress, APC.
It was reported that, the Governors who are
all members of the ruling Peoples Democratic
Party, PDP are secretly mobilizing 25percent
of votes cast in their respective states for
Buhari.
The PDP is reportedly aware of the
arrangement and has the governors under
surveillance.
Gerard Pique & Shakira Become Parents for the Second Time
of another baby boy just over two years after
the arrival of Milan, their first child
Barcelona defender Gerard Pique and
superstar singer Shakira welcomed their
second child into the world on Thursday night.
Shakira gave birth to a baby boy without
complications in a scheduled caesarean section
at the Hospital Quiron Tecknon in Barcelona.
Pique, 27, and the Colombian pop-star, 37,
announced the news in a statement shortly
before midnight.
A name for the new-born, who arrives just
over two years after the couple's first child,
Milan, is yet to be revealed.
Around 24 hours before the birth, Pique had
played the full 90 minutes in Wednesday
night's 3-2 Copa del Rey victory over Atletico
Madrid at the Vicente Calderon.
As with their first child, Pique and Shakira will
continue family tradition and make the baby
an associate member of FC Barcelona.
The celebrity couple have been together since

Recall that the same rail transport system was
destroyed and practically left for dead by
General Buhari during his sojourn as military
Head of State.
People are wont to ask: What if President
Jonathan had not taken the bull by its horns to
breathe life back into the rail system?
Would Buhari have been able to attend his
rallies where he takes ample time to discredit
the achievements of President Jonathan?
While commissioning new trains last year, The
president had lamented the total neglect of
such a critical system of transport by
successive governments. Although he did not
mention names, every Nigerian knows it was
Buhari's government that destroyed the
Nigerian Railway Corporation between 1984
and 1985.
Speaking during that ceremony, President
Jonathan has promised that "The step is aimed
at resuscitating and revitalising Nigerian
railway which had suffered neglect for
decades."
That decade began when Buhari was in power.
But strangely, the same Buhari is riding on one
of those trains to campaign for election to
replace the same man who had brought the
trains back to life after he had sent them to
the gallows.

Gov. Fashola comes for Jimi Agbaje, accuses him of tax evasion
state's PDP gubernatorial candidate, Jimi
Agbaje of tax evasion. While speaking at the
8th Annual Stakeholder Taxation Conference in
Ikeja yesterday, Jan. 28th, Fashola said
Agbaje's pharmaceutical company, JayKay
pharmacy has not paid the state govt four
years Land Use Charge, LUC, tax.
"LUC is ground rent and tenement rate as
they were consolidated. I know that you
have to vote next month but look at that
candidate that would need to take over
from me and be careful of who to vote
for. You will remember that in 2007, he
(Agbaje) claimed that he was in DPA and
later crossed to PDP. You know that he
manages a pharmacy called Jaykay
Pharmacy, located at 9, Randle Close,
Apapa. His pharmacy has not paid land
Use Charge for 2009, 2010, 2011 and
2012.
They paid in 2013 and 2014 because they
discovered that the election would be
holding in 2015. His pharmacy owes this
state N1, 629, 064.62. Let us do that
mathematics to see how many facilities
that funds would have provided in our
hospitals and stationary in our schools.
But this was the same person who was
complaining that the state government
spent three percent of its budget on
education. Local Government is
responsible for the management of the
primary schools and yet he has withheld
their taxes. This is the man who wants to
be your next governor. And I will advice
you that you avoid deception and tax
evader," he said.

Lil Wayne sues Cash Money for $51 Million
partners Lil Wayne and Birdman have fallen out
over money, record deals, and artists under their
label. What's new now is that the rapper is suing
Cash Money for $51million with the hopes of
ending his contract with the label.
According to TMZ, Lil Wayne filed a lawsuit asking
a judge to end his contract with Cash Money.
According to the lawsuit, Wayne says Birdman and
company violated the deal by withholding tens of
millions of dollars Cash Money owes him for his
long-delayed album, "Tha Carter V."

Wayne claims because Cash Money is
refusing to pay, he's entitled to walk. But Lil
Wayne wants more than just a declaration of
freedom. He's suing for $51 MILLION.
And Wayne wants the judge to declare he's
the joint copyright owner of all Young

Nicki Minaj and several others.
Sources connected to Wayne tell TMZ … if
Birdman antes up then he can release "Tha
Carter V," but only if Wayne gets paid.
Wayne says he was supposed to get an $8
million advance when he began recording in
December, 2013 and another 2M when he
completed the album a year later, but so far
he's gotten nothing.

Lil Wayne will stay with Cash Money and

Wayne feels Birdman's decision to avoid
paying him is nothing more than a power
play. TMZ broke the story that Wayne is
suing, and a central claim is that Birdman
has consistently stiffed him over the last year.
There are 2 payments that have irked Wayne

went into the studio to record " Tha Carter V"
in December 2013, and another $2 mil when
he completed the album last month.
We're told the hope is that Universal — which
distributes Cash Money records — will step in
and earmark the $10 mil for Wayne. And
we're told Universal is already putting
pressure on Cash Money to settle.
If Cash Money pays Wayne the $10 mil, it
would essentially eliminate any breach of
contract. That means Wayne would have no
legal basis to ask out of the contract. Even
though Wayne's suing for $51 million, most
of that is predicated on future lost profits
which would not be an issue if they settle.
As for the release of "Tha Carter V" … even
if the case settles the power would be in
Birdman's claws.

police that she was allegedly tortured by her
bosses, who are Lebanon nationals.
According to PUNCH, Grace worked as a cleaner at
a logistics company in Ibafo, Ogun State, where
the Lebanese couple ─ Joseph and Hala Yasbek ─
were members of the management.
It was learnt that on Wednesday, January 14,
Grace, who claimed she was dragged on the
ground by
her bosses during an argument, reported the
matter at the Ibafo Police Division.
Speaking with PUNCH Metro, 37-year-old Grace
who hails from Ishan, Edo State, said she was
assaulted for alleged dereliction of duty. She said:
"I work as a cleaner at the Lebanese
company, and I earn N20,000 as salary. The
incident happened on January 14 at about
11.30am. We were three working as cleaners
in the company.
That day, Hala said I did not clean the
premises very well, but as I tried to explain,
she kicked me and I fell. Minutes later when
the husband showed up, I reported Hala to
him, but he also slapped me.
I fell ill after the incident and went to the
hospital for treatment. I was treated at a
private hospital in Ibafo. I was discharged
on Thursday and then went to report to the
police. The fee for my treatment was paid by
the police at Ibafo."
Grace's husband, Uzoma, said they had also
reported the matter to the National Human Rights
Commission. He said:
My wife has spent four years and two months
at the company. She started with N15,000
and her salary grew to N20,000 over four
years. The assault my wife suffered is part of
the inhuman treatments by bosses at the
company.
We reported to the police and the NHRC so
that they could look into this matter. My wife
was assaulted at work. This is not proper."
When PUNCH visited the company on Tuesday,
the security personnel refused him access to
speak with the management. However, the
Yasbeks, who have been invited by the police, said
in their statement that the allegation of torture
was not true.
The couple explained that it was Grace that
attempted to beat Hala, while the husband,
Joseph, tried to protect his wife during the scuffle.
The Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer,
DSP Muyiwa Adejobi, confirmed the incident. He
added that the police were making efforts on
mediation. He said:
"The two Lebanese were invited, and we have
asked them to come back with officials of the
company. The Lebanese husband explained
that it was the complainant who wanted to hit
his wife, and he had to block her (Grace) by
pushing her away.
The fact is that the two parties had been
having conflicts for some time. It is not a
matter of assault alone. We are trying to
mediate between them.
But if the woman feels she had been so badly
maltreated, the police can charge the matter
to court."

Cazorla: Arsenal want the Premier League or Champions League next season
Arsenal midfielder Santi
Cazorla wants the Gunners
to build on their FA Cup
triumph by winning the Premier League or the
Champions League next season.
Arsene Wenger’s side ended their nine-year run
without a trophy by beating Hull at Wembley in May
and have made a splash in the summer transfer
window by signing Alexis Sanchez.
With the likes of Mathieu Debuchy and Sami Khedira
also linked with a move to north London, Cazorla is
confident Arsenal can hit new heights in 2014-15.
“We hope to win more trophies - I want to win the
Premier League or Champions League,” he said at
the launch of the club’s new PUMA kits.
“Of course we can win. We have a good team and
with the support of the fans it's important for us.
“We have high expectations to go better than last
year. We won a trophy last year and we want to do
it again. Hopefully we'll make some great signings
to support the squad and if so, it'll be good.”
The Spaniard hopes the Gunners’ chances will be
boosted by the returns to fitness of Mesut Ozil and
Aaron Ramsey, who both missed spells of last
season due to injury.
“I'm very happy to have Ozil next to me,” Cazorla
said. “We have a very special relationship. He
makes it very easy for me. Obviously he'll help the
team to improve next season.
“It wasn’t a surprise to see Ramsey developing into
his role - I trained for two years with him and saw
him develop. He’s a great player and we have big
expectations for him.
“We had a couple of injuries and it was hard to
keep up with Manchester City but we have a
stronger squad and deeper team now, with more
players to use, and hopefully not as many injuries
individually.”
Arsenal will have to do without right-back Bacary
Sagna, however, who has moved to Manchester City
after seven years at the Emirates Stadium.
They also passed up the chance to bring Cesc
Fabregas back to the club for whom he made his
first-team debut, with Cazorla’s compatriot signing
instead for rivals Chelsea.
“Obviously he’s is a big loss,” Cazorla added of
Sagna. “He was a very important player on and off
the pitch, a quality player who did a lot for us. But I
hope that we can replace him effectively.
“It’s strange [to see Fabregas join Chelsea]. He's of
Arsenal, but in football you can play for other
teams. It's an opportunity for him and I'm happy
for him.”

Richest Pastor In Africa, Bishop David Oyedepo’s Net Worth Hits N600 Billion, How God Has Blessed His Ministry

Though nobody can truly estimate the net worth
of Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo, but the current
estimate is around 600 billion naira.
With the outstanding Canaanland reportedly worth
over N90 billion, with diverse projects erected and
revenue accrued from it, four jets valued at N25
billion, N15 billion on three universities and
several other schools, a reported N250 billion
housing estate when concluded, annual offering
and tithes to the tune of N31.2 billion annually,
7million books estimated to have raked in
N1billion, 400 buses worth N600 million, N10
billion Goshen City at Abuja and several other
ventures have made him a pastor with uncommon
grace for prosperity.
According to Wikianswers, Bishop Oyedepo is
arguably the richest pastor in Africa. The church
he founded in 1981 has grown in leaps and
bounds. The ministry now has over 2000 satellite
branches and present in 60 countries and
reportedly boasts of over one million members
worldwide and several others via outreaches.
The bishop entered the Guinness Book of World
Records in 2008, when he became the pastor of
the largest worship centre in the world, with a
sitting capacity of 50,000 and an overflow of
250,000 in Canaanland, Ota, Ogun State.
“The international headquarters of Winners Chapel
is called Faith Tabernacle. It covers about 70
acres (280,000 m2) and is built inside an over
10,500-acre (42 km2) church complex called
Canaanland, the international headquarters of the
ministry in Ota, a suburb of Lagos. The building
took 12 months to be completed. The foundation
laying held on August 29, 1998 and the
announcement of the time frame of one year for
the building project was announced on September
13, 1998, by Bishop Oyedepo at the Iyana Ipaja
church while work began on September 18, 1998.
The dedication of the building held on September
19, 1999 with 97,800 faithful in attendance. Faith
Tabernacle is presently the largest church
building in the world, with a sitting capacity of
50,400 people and an outside overflow capacity of
over 250,000, with four services every Sunday.
Construction completed in Canaanland till date is
estimated to be not less than $600 million (N90
billion) with an additional Canaan City Estate
currently under construction which will be the
largest housing estate in Africa and easily one of
the largest in the world with 15,000 housing units
and at a cost of N250 billion or $1.6 billion. This
is part of a grander scheme of 150,000 houses to
be built by the church.”

estimate was that if a worshipper pays at least
N100 during their four services weekly on Sunday,
their over one million members would have paid
N100 million. And an average of 500,000 of the
worshippers fulfilling their tithes every Sunday

the offering and tithe annually that’s N600 million
times 52 weeks and that’s N31.2 billion annually.
But note that even an individual at times paid
several millions on a Sunday as tithe,” a source
divulged.
As an educationist, Bishop David Oyedepo’s
mission currently pioneers the establishment of
educational institutions at all levels in and
outside Nigeria, including the widely established
Hebron or Covenant University with over 7,000
students as well as Faith Academy with 1,500
students both in Canaanland. Covenant University
was well documented in a Nigerian Television
Authority (NTA) documentary on Nigeria’s 50th
Independence Anniversary because of landmark
achievements in its few years of existence.
Covenant University was adjudged the best
private university in Nigeria in 2005, and one of
the goals of the institution is to be among the
best in the world by or before 2020.
According to Bishop Oyedepo, “Covenant
University is not just an institution, it is a
revolution in education.”
Faith Academy on the other hand placed fourth of
all secondary schools in Nigeria during the 2010
Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE).
The second university of the church known as
Landmark University in Omu Aran, Kwara State,
was approved by the Nigerian Government in
March 2011 and immediately resumed academic
activities the same month with about 1000
students. Construction at Landmark University is
estimated to be in the realm of at least $50
million (N7 billion) so far, while Bishop Oyedepo
insists that ‘spending continues’. Landmark
University (LU) has the mandate of spearheading
an agrarian revolution in Nigeria. Bishop David
Oyedepo stated in August 2010 that it takes a ride
of more than 100km to go around the walls of
Landmark University. Landmark University is
1,400 acres. The third one under construction is
Crown University in Calabar, Cross River State.
There are strong plans for about four more
universities across Africa including Abuja, Ghana,
Democratic Republic of Congo and Kenya as
announced by Bishop Oyedepo during Shiloh
2007.
1,000 acres have already been acquired for the
university in Ghana, while 300 hectares (about
750 acres) have been acquired for the Congo
university and this is going to be a French
speaking university. Recently, President Yahya
Jammeh of The Gambia appealed to the World
Mission Agency (WMA) of the Living Faith Church
to build a university in The Gambia.
